About us

Togetthere is the international ICCO & Kerk in Actie youth program. We give young people around the globe the opportunity of working towards a more just world.

Togetthere has many years of experience working with youngsters, and has worked with hundreds of young people and ICCO & Kerk in Actie partner organizations from all over the world.

Through our work, we mean to contribute to forming a generation of critical global citizens. Young people who understand each other and the complexity of international society. Who can reflect on their own role in that society. And who know how to contribute to their own ideals.

 

Our activities:

• Organizing intercultural meetings between youngsters;
• Getting young people to assist in volunteer work and capacity development of ICCO & Kerk in Actie partners;
• Encouraging and supporting own initiatives of young people that focus on poverty alleviation;
• Involving young people in campaigns that urge politicians to take a global approach in their policies; 
• Facilitating partnerships and networks between youth organizations that focus on international cooperation.
